INGREDIENTS:


  • Bread Choprized 6 slices

  • Milk 1 cup or as required

  • Sugr 1/2 cup

  • Homemade Khoya//Mawa//whole dried milk  1/2 cup

  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup

  • Cardamom  powder 1 tsp


PREPARATION METHOD OF BREAD


 &  KHOYA  HALWA:


  • First of all , roast the chopped bread in the pan. 

  • Roast it on low flame.

  • Roast it until it turn light golden.

  • And continuously stir the spoon,so it didn't get burn.

  • Even stir it continuously until it colour start to changed light golden.

  • Dish the chopped bread out when it turn to light golden.

  • Now heat the oil or ghee in the pan.

  • Add cardamom powder in the oil & stir it a little bit.

  • Then add roasted chopped bread in the pan.

  • Mix the bread with the oil or ghee.

  • Now add sugar and milk.

  • Mix the sugar and milk with the roasted bread well.

  • Add some more milk,if required.

  • After mixing the milk,add khoya in the pan.

  • We have used homemade khoya.

  • This halwa can be prepare with the help of milk,if khoya is not required.

  • When all ingredients mix well and Cook it well until its colour changed & oil is separated.

  • Now Halwa is ready,its getting smooth & turning golden.

  • Oil or ghee is also separated.

  • Now sprinkle chopped dry nuts on halwa.

  • And dish it out to present this bread halwa.
