INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton 700 gm
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion paste 2 medium size
- Ginger & Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil 1/2 cup
- Green chillies (chopped) 5-6
- Cardamom 3-4
- Cinnamon sticks 2-3
- Black paper 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
PREPARATION METHOD//COOKING
METHOD:
- When oil is heated up in the pan,add & cinnamon sticks in the pan.
- Fry them a bit and add ginger,garlic paste.
- Add onion paste when ginger garlic is light brown.
- Cook it slightly.
- After that,add mutton.fry it until it changes the color.
- When mutton is fried well and color is changed , add 2 glass of water to cook the mutton on medium flame.
- After 1 & half hour mutton is tenderize and water is dried,add salt,black paper & yogurt.
- Mix all these ingredients with mutton well.
- Cook for drying the Yogurt water also.
- When yogurt water is dried add chopped green chillies.
- Fry all them well on medium heat.
- When oil is started to separate and color is changed, it means mutton is cooked very well.
- Now mutton is ready to present.
- Now dish it out and serve with chapati or Naan.
