Rangeelay Dahi Baray//Shahi Dahi Baray;
Dhahi bhalla/Dahi bara is chaat kind of dish which most popular in India & Pakistan. Dhahi means yogurt & bara/bhalla means deep fried lentil fritter.It is specially prepared in festival like Ramadan & Eid.Both sweet & savoury dhahi bhalla are famous in subcontinent. It is prepared by different lentil such as Urid or yellow mung beans.It's recipe is very easy & quick.The Yellow mung beans/Urid daal is soaked for two hour,after 2/3 hour it is blended.To prepare soft bhalla lentil mixture should be blended smoothly.After preparing/frying,these bhalla are add into Yogurt.Different green coriander & tamarind sauces/chatnis are pour to make it more delicious.

Ingredients;
- Yellow Mung beans/lentil 1 cup
- Boiled potatoes 1 large or 2 medium size
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Tamarind Sauce as required
- Tutty Fruti//Ashrafi Murabba
- Raisin
- Cumin seed (Crushed) 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala as required
- Baking soda 1/4 tspn
- Salt as required
- Grinded Sugar 2 tbsp
How to Prepare mung beans paste;
- Soak Yellow Mung beans overnight and blend it.
- Prepare thick & smooth paste after blending.
- when paste is ready add 1 tsp salt, 1/4 baking soda,crushed cumin 1 tsp
- mix all ingredients well & keep it aside for 1 hour
How cook Baray;
- After 1 hour heat the oil in the frying pan.
- Make baray on medium heat.
- Fry them on medium flame untile it turn golden brown.
- drain them out & soak into water for a while.
How prepare Yogurt;
- Now add 2 tbsp grinded sugar into 2 cup yogurt.
- Add tutty fruity/ashrafi Murabba & raisine as required.
- Mix these ingredients with yogurt well.
How to Prepare shahi Dahi Baray;
- Drain out baray from water
- add potatoes on Baray.
- then sprinkle chaat masala.
- then add yogurt mixture on it.
- add tarmarind sauce
- garnish them with further raisines & tutty fruity/ashrafi Murabba
