Bhagaari Tomato Chutni/sauce
In the cuisine of  subcontinent,chutnies/sauces is also a part of lunch/dinner.In India & Pakistan different chutnies are prepared by highly variable spices and fruits & vegetables.The list of chutnies is long such as,Imli sauce,khobani sauce, aloo bhukara sauce,tomato sauce,coriander&mint sauce,yogurt sauce,raw mangoes sauce,coconut sauce,onion & garlic sauce,beetroot sauce.The very common chutnies are tomatoes,tamarind and coriander sauces.Which are usually prepared with rice,lentil & chart kind of dishes.

INGREDIENTS;

Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 Kg
Garlic past 1 tsp
mustard seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Red chilli (crushed) 1 tbsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
whole red chilli 6-7
black seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic  3-4
bay leaves 2
Cooking oil 1/2 cup

How to prepare Chutni/sauce;

add chopped tomatoes & 1 glass of water in a pan.
when tomatoes started to cook,add all spices & garlic paste.
mix all ingredients well.
cook it until tomatoes turned into thick paste.
the paste is ready,so remove it from the flame.

for tempring/bhagar;
fry the garlic cloves in hot oil
when cloves turned light brown,add rest
of ingredients,whole red chilli,bay leaves
black seeds.
fry rest of ingredient well.
now put bhagaar/all ingredients with oil on paste.
now tomatoes chutni is ready to serve.
