Green chillies are full of vitamin C & valuable for human immune system.That's why these green chillies are the important ingredients of many Pakistani dishes.Green chillies are used in different types of meat and vegetarian dishes.It give special colour & taste to different rice dishes.In subcontinents,different type of chutnies/sauces or pickle can not be prepared without it.The basic chutnies in which it is used as basic ingredient are green coriander & tomatoes chutnies.

Now a days it is fried & sometime stuffed by adding different whole spices such as cumin,poppy seed,fenugreek seeds,black seeds,coriander seeds,desiccated coconut,salt,turmeric etc.That is called fried green chillies chutnies or green chilli curry.That is served with paratha in breakfast or served with lentil or vegetarian dishes in lunch & dinner.

INGREDIENTS;
- Green chilli 300 gm
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- bay leaf 2-3
- Black seed 1/2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
- Aniseed 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 (medium size chopped)
- Cooking oil 1 cup
- tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- salt as required
How fry the Green Chilli;
- roast all spices for few minutes in hot frying pan.
- anise-seeds,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,black seeds,poppy seeds.
- Now add minutes sesame seeds & desiccated coconut,fry them for a while.
- when all spices got roasted,put them aside.
- when roasted spices get cool,grinded them.
- now pour cooking oil the pan & fry green chilli for 1-2 minutes.
- cut the green chilli vertically.
- Then put fenugreek seeds,cumin & bay leaves in that cooking oil,fry
- them a bit.
- now add chopped onion,when onion get saute,add
- ginger garlic paste in it.
- now add 1/2 tsp salt & turmeric powder & already roasted,grinded spices.
- when all spices are fried well,add green chillies.
- when green chilli mix & fry with spices,add tamarind paste.
- now cover & cook for 5 minutes.
- after 5 minutes,chillies are ready to serve.
