Chinese Rice Pulao is a rice dish, whose recipe usually involves cooking Rice in seasoned stock or broth, adding Chinese sauces & Indian spices, and other ingredients such as vegetables and meat.
It is modern pulao dish recipe which is introduced by making combination of Chinese sauces & Indian whole spices masalas these masalas give it amazing flavour.

Ingrediants;
- Chiken boneless 1kg
- Rice 1kg
- onion medum size 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Green Chillies 5-6
- block paper 1 tbsp
- cloves 1tsp
- bay leaves 2
- cinamon 2-3 pieces
- Black cardomom 2-3
- ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- cumin tbsp
- salt
- aggs 3
- capsicum finely chopped 2
- cauliflower
- carrots 4-5
- potatoes 2-3
- peas 1 bowl
- cooking Oil 1 cup
How to cook recipe;
- First of all boil all boneless chicken & separate it from its stock.
- Take big pot,put oil in it, then fry onion it ,when onion turned light brown then put bay leaf in it & fry for few seconds
- After that put ginger garlic paste,also fry it.
- Then put the crushed spices (cardamom , cinnamon , cloves and black paper , cumin, tomatoes and fry all these ingredients for a few minutes together.
- Further add boiled chicken, potatoes peas, and green chilli.Fry all these vegetables with spices, then pour chicken stock and let it cool until all spices got soft.
- Take a frying pan put 2 tbsp oil in it fry capsicum, cauliflower and carrot until they turn soft.
- Also fry 3 eggs simply like omelette.
- Further add the rice in the vegetables and stock and put it on steam on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
- when the rice got cooked,put the fried vegetables and egg omelette on rice and let it put on steam for 10 minutes more.
- Then dish out Chinese pulao and enjoy it
