Ingredients:

  • Beef mince meat  700 gm
  • Spinach  1 kg
  • boiled rice (crushed) 300 gm
  • Split green gram 250 gm
  • Green Coriand (shopped) 1 cup
  • Onion sliced 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Black Cardamom 2
  • Garam masal powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chillie powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt according to taste


cooking steps/cooking method:

Firstly, add & heat 3/4 cup cooking oil in the pan.
add 2 sliced onion to saute on medium flame.
When onion is little bit saute add 2 bay leaves and
black cardamom.
Fry it until it light golden.
Now add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste when onion is light golden.
after ginger garlic paste,add 700 gm beef mince meat to fry.
when beef is fry little bit,add rest of the spices such as red chilli
powder 1 tbsp, crushed red chillies 1 tbsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp
crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp and salt according to taste.
Mix all these spices with beef very well.
Cover and cook meat on medium heat.
When mince meat is tenderize,add 1 cup yogurt.
And fry the mince meat again on medium heat.
also add garam masala powder 1 tsp and green chilli paste 2 tbsp.
When meat is cooked well,add add 1 cup chopped green coriander
and dill.
After that,add 1 kg chopped boiled spinach.
When spinach is mix very well,add boiled split green gram 
250 kg and meshed boiled rice 300 gm.
add 1 liter water after mixing the all ingredients.
Continously stire the spoon for 30 to 35 minutes to cook the
shola.
After 30 minutes shola is cook and little bit thick.
now add 1/2 cup cooking oil in the frying pan and 
fry the sliced onion to golden brown.
also add whole red chillies to fry for a minute.
now pour it on the shola.
Now dish out shola and garnish with lemon and 
fried onion
