- Radish Pods (sengre/mongre)1/2 kg
- cooking oil 1/2 cup
- spring onion 1/2 cup
- garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- red chilli powder 1 tsp
- crushed red chillies 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- cumin seeds 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp or according to taste
- Tomato (sliced) 1
- Potatoes 3
- Green chillies 3-4
Flush the radish cases.
Top and tail them. Snap into 1-1 1/2″ length.
Cut,wash and heated up the Radish units.
Also, following 2/3 minutes boil,drain it.
Heat the oil in the dish and fry 1/2 cup
spring onion in it.
fry garlic glue in it while spring onion is saute.
After 2/3 minutes,add all flavors like red chillies
turmeric powder,cumin seeds salt.
add 1 tomato cut in it.
fry this tomato and flavors glue on medium fire.
add little water if necessary and stire continously.
When masala is fried,add potatoes.
Strip and cut potatoes into 1 inch 3D squares.
Directly following searing the potatoes cut for 2/3 minutes,add
3-4 green chillies,green onion and radish pods(sengre)
blend all vegetables and flavors quite well.
and afterward add 1/2 cup water in it.
what's more, cover and cook this formula for 8-10 minutes.
Following 8-10 minutes this vegetable formula is prepared to
dole out and present with hot chapati.
