Fried fish is any fish that has been prepared by frying. Often, the fish is covered in batter, egg and breadcrumbs, flour, or herbs and spices before being fried and served, often with a slice of lemon.

In Pakistan fish is usually fried by adding different masala,such as red chilli powder and red chilli flakes,ginger garlic, lemon juice, corn flour,gram flour salt, cumin and coriander powder. But in modern days fish is fried by different style of recipes.These recipes are introduced by different fast food and desi style restaurants.Fish with spicy sauce is a dish which definitely gives a new taste to your taste buds and you will to eat this every time whenever you have craving of eating fish.

Ingredients;
- Fish 1 kg
- Cumin (roasted & crush) 1 tbsp
- Coriander (roasted & crush) 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Yellow food colour 1/2 tsp
- Black paper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice
How to way;
- First wash Fish and drain it properly, to make it dry.
- Then put salt & vinegar over the Fish.
- Then Put it aside for one an hour.
- After an Hour dry further water from Fish.
- Then add all the spices on Fish
- Marinate all spices well on Fish
- Then left the Fish aside for 3 hour.
- Then Fish is ready to fry after 3 hour.
- Heat the oil in the High flame, put all fish pieces in it,
- Fry these Fish pieces on medium flame for 2 minutes
- Flip the pieces,now fry these pieces properly for 10 minutes more.
- Fish is ready to serve.
