Molli ki bhujia is traditional Pakistani Punjabi recipe which made by using radish, radish leaves and green coriander leaves in winter season usually.This mooli ki sabzi is also made without on garlic .The recipe is quick to make and gets done within 20 minutes.  Excellent with chapati or parathas & a bowl of curd. A healthy and comforting breakfast. You can make the muli sabzi for lunch or dinner too.Usually many people discard radish leaves but they are very healthy.


 It can be used in making paratha, daal etc and this mooli bhaji is one of the ideal dish to include radish leaves in our diet. Making this mooli bhaji is really simple but tastes great with an earthy rustic pungent flavour.

Ingredients

  1. Radish with green leaves (chopped & boiled) 5-6
  2. Onion medium size 1
  3. Green coriander 1 cup
  4. Green Chillies 4-5
  5. Red chilli 1 tbsp
  6. salt (as per taste)
  7. cooking oil/ghee 1/2 cup

  • How to make Mooli Bhujia Recipe

  1. To begin making the Mooli Bhaji Recipe, wash radish and the leaves. Scrap and finely chop the radish. Chop fresh leaves too.
  2. Then boiled chopped radish and the leaves together for 5-10 minutes
  3. Heat oil/ghee in a pot, add chopped onion and Fry it on low flame until it turn light brown.
  4. Then put chopped coriander, green chilli, red chilli & salt, cooked for few minutes.
  5. Then add the chopped boiled radish & green radish leaves.
  6. Mix well and fry all spices with boiled radish with 15-20 minutes.
  7. After frying for 20 minutes our dish is ready.
  8. Dish out & enjoy it with chapati.
