Take a pot and add ghee/oil and afterward add entire flavors, entire red chillies and onion and somewhat fry them until it's become light brown and afterward add sheep and mix it well and add Ginger Garlic Paste and Red bean stew powderKashmiri Red Chili Powder, and mix it well for 5 minutes on medium fire. After that add 4 cups water and mix it and cover with top and cook for 60 minutes (5 Minutes on medium fire and staying 55 minutes on medium to low fire)
After that eliminate the top and mix it well and afterward add yogurt and salt and mix it well on medium fire for 5 minutes and afterward cover with top and cook for 2 minutes on low fire. After that your Kashmiri Mutton is Ready.

INGREDIENTS
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion (medium size sliced) 3
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbp
- Cooking oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Bay leaves 2
- Black cardamom 2
- Black paper 7-8
- Cloves 4-5
- Whole red chilli 6-7
- Salt according to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli paste 2 tbp
Cooking method of Mutton Kashmiri:
- Fitst of all heat the cooking oil in the pan.
- Then add all the whole spice such as Bay leaves 2 Black cardamom 2,Black paper 7-8,Cloves 4-5,whole red chilli in the heat oil.
- Fry all these ingredients a bit.
- Now add sliced onion in the pan to fry it.
- When the onion is getting light brown,add ginger garlic paste.
- Fry the ginger garlic paste a little bit.
- Then add mutton & fry it well.
- Now add rest of the ingredients like red chilli powder and Kashmiri red chilli paste and fry them with mutton.
- Now add 2/3 glass of water,cover & cook on medium heat until it get tenderize.
- when meat is tenderize & water is dried add salt & Yogurt.
- And fried the mutton with all of the ingredients well.
- when color of masala is changed and oil is separated,it means the mutton is fried well.
- To make a little bit gravy,add 1 cup water and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the mutton Kashmiri is ready.
- Now dish it out and serve with chapati, Naan or Kulcha.
