- First of all marinate the fish.
- Add 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp black paper in the fish.
- And add 2 lemon juice,mix all these spices with
- fish, and marinated it for 30-40 minutes.
- Add 1 cup cooking oil in the pan.
- And sliced of 1 onion to fry.
- Fry the onion sliced until they turn brown.
- Take out all the frying onion from the pan and
- set it aside.
- Now add 2 bay leaves and 4 green cardamom in
- the pan and fry them a little bit.
- After that add 1 tbsp garlic paste and 2 medium size
- onion paste and cook them slightly.
- Now add all the spices such as 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp
- salt and fry all these spices.
- Now add 1 tsp crushed red chillies,1 tsp garm masala powder
- and 1 cup Yogurt.
- Now Mix and cook all these gravy masala very well.
- Now start to fry marinated fish pieces in the shallow fry pan
- one by one on high heat from both sides to 2-3 minutes.
- Now prepare the green masala paste for fish.
- For green masala add green coriander 1 bundle,green fenugreek
- 1/2 cup,green chillies 11-12 and coconut paste 2 tbsp in the blender
- and blend it well.
- Now yogurt gravy masala is ready to cook then add 1 cup green masala
- paste in it.
- Cook this green masala paste for few minutes.
- After cooking green masala,add fried fish pieces.
- and 2 more lemon juice and sprinkle crushed fried onion.
- Now cover & cook it for 9-10 minutes on low to medium flame.
- After 10 minutes the fish is perfectly ready and it giving nice
- amazing aroma.
- Now dish it out and serve with Naan or Chapti.
