Ingredients

  • Chicken 750 gm
  • Butter (according to taste)
  • Tomato Paste 5-6
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cooking oil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black paper crushed 1tsp
  • Red chillie crushed 1tbsp
  • Cumin roaste & crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander roasted & crushed 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chillies 4-5
  • Ginger slices 1 tbsp

Preparation Method of

Chicken Makhani Handi:

  • Put Oil in a wok.
  • Add chicken and fry it until it light golden.
  • After frying the chicken, take out additional oil
  • from the pan.
  • Add butter along with chicken.
  • After frying the chicken along with butter,add garlic paste.
  • After frying the garlic paste,add tomato paste in the pan.
  • Now cover & cook the chicken until it tendarized.
  • When chicken is tendarized,remove the cover and
  • add all spices such as salt,black paper,red chilli,cumin and coriander powder.
  • Now all these spices mix and cook well with chicken.
  • Now add yougurt.
  • Now cook the chicken until water is dried.
  • Fry the chicken until oil is separated.
  • add whole green chillies,ginger slices,and butter.
  • After 4-5 frying,Makhani chicken is ready.
  • It must be served with chapati or Naan.
