Tips:

  1. To prepare this kabab firstly make sure that should be no single drop of water in gola kabab ingredients like mince, ginger paste, papaya paste
  2.       Gola kabab paste should be tight and firm otherwise during the barbecue, grill,        or cook they may shred
          Adding butter gives it to moist and juicy taste
          Shouldn't be fat in mince (rokha keema) while you are buying from butcher                give  him to strict instructions not to add fat in mince at all

    1. If you haven't papaya paste can be used as meat tenderizer powder (kachri)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. BEEF MINCE MEAT 500 gm
  2. SALT 1 Tsp
  3. CHILLIES FLAKES 1 tbsp
  4. ROASTED CRUSHED CORIANDER 1 tbsp
  5. ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS 1 tsp
  6. KABAB MASALA 1 tbsp
  7. GARAM MASALA 1 tsp
  8. ONION (medium size chopped) 1
  9. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES 2 tbsp
  10. CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER 2 tbsp
  11. ROASTED GARAM POWDER 3 tbsp
  12. COOKING OIL 2 tbsp
  13. THICK YOGURT 2 tbsp
  14. GINGER GARLIC (paste) 1 tbsp

MARINATION OF KABAB MINCE MEAT

  1. Take beef mince meat in a bowl.
  2. and add all ingredients in it one by one.
  3. first add ginger garlic paste in it.
  4. then add all dry spices like salt red chilli flakes,kabab masala, crushed coriander,garam masala,roasted crushed cumin seeds.roasted garam powder,yogurt chopped green chillies, chopped coriander chopped onion,cooking oil.
  5. Now mix all these ingredients well in the meat.
  6. and keep this mince meat in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour.

PREPARATION OF RAITA FOR KABAB

  1. Prepare easy simple raita for delicious kabab.
  2. take 1 cup yogurt.
  3. add roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
  4. Sugar 1/2 tsp.
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp.
  6. Black paper 1/2 tsp.
  7. mix all these ingredients with yogurt well.
  8. Now yummy raita is ready.

FRYING PROCESS OF DELICIOUS GOLA KABAB


  1. After marination of  2-3 hour, now give the shape of gola kabab to mince meat by using the SEEKH(a pin of wood or matel for fastening meat to a spit).or make croquette shape kababs.
  2. Now heat the 3-4 tbsp cooking oil in the frying pan.
  3. and fry the gola kabab in the frying pan one by one.
  4. the flame should be medium.
  5. In the meanwhile burn the charcoal on the flame of next burner of stove for steam.
  6. when kabab are fried well or light golden brown,give them  charcoal smoke.
  7. place the charcoal between the kabab in the pan &
  8. drizzle few drops of cooking oil on it,and cover the pan also for 4-5 minutes.
  9. After 5 minutes smoky gola kabab is ready.
  10. Dish it out & serve with raita & chapati or rice.
