Gola kabab is one of the best and a traditional dinner dish in the whole sub-continent. People love to make it in a dissimilar style with chicken and mutton or beef. In this recipe, I am using boneless beef as it has superior texture and flavor and it is juicy and soft kabab.

- To prepare this kabab firstly make sure that should be no single drop of water in gola kabab ingredients like mince, ginger paste, papaya paste

INGREDIENTS:
- BEEF MINCE MEAT 500 gm
- SALT 1 Tsp
- CHILLIES FLAKES 1 tbsp
- ROASTED CRUSHED CORIANDER 1 tbsp
- ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS 1 tsp
- KABAB MASALA 1 tbsp
- GARAM MASALA 1 tsp
- ONION (medium size chopped) 1
- CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES 2 tbsp
- CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER 2 tbsp
- ROASTED GARAM POWDER 3 tbsp
- COOKING OIL 2 tbsp
- THICK YOGURT 2 tbsp
- GINGER GARLIC (paste) 1 tbsp
MARINATION OF KABAB MINCE MEAT
- Take beef mince meat in a bowl.
- and add all ingredients in it one by one.
- first add ginger garlic paste in it.
- then add all dry spices like salt red chilli flakes,kabab masala, crushed coriander,garam masala,roasted crushed cumin seeds.roasted garam powder,yogurt chopped green chillies, chopped coriander chopped onion,cooking oil.
- Now mix all these ingredients well in the meat.
- and keep this mince meat in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
PREPARATION OF RAITA FOR KABAB
- Prepare easy simple raita for delicious kabab.
- take 1 cup yogurt.
- add roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar 1/2 tsp.
- Salt 1/4 tsp.
- Black paper 1/2 tsp.
- mix all these ingredients with yogurt well.
- Now yummy raita is ready.
FRYING PROCESS OF DELICIOUS GOLA KABAB
- After marination of 2-3 hour, now give the shape of gola kabab to mince meat by using the SEEKH(a pin of wood or matel for fastening meat to a spit).or make croquette shape kababs.
- Now heat the 3-4 tbsp cooking oil in the frying pan.
- and fry the gola kabab in the frying pan one by one.
- the flame should be medium.
- In the meanwhile burn the charcoal on the flame of next burner of stove for steam.
- when kabab are fried well or light golden brown,give them charcoal smoke.
- place the charcoal between the kabab in the pan &
- drizzle few drops of cooking oil on it,and cover the pan also for 4-5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes smoky gola kabab is ready.
- Dish it out & serve with raita & chapati or rice.
